What Is a Mushroom CSA?

A mushroom CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) is a partnership where consumers pay farmers in advance for a share of the harvest. CSAs foster connection with local food and farmers, while promoting community sustainability and reconnecting people to farmers.

How Does It Work?

Customers pay in advance for a share of the upcoming summer season. Customers can choose from two share types, with a choice of weekly or biweekly mushrooms, and will receive either 14 weeks or 7 weeks of a variety of gourmet mushrooms. Mushroom boxes will be delivered  on Fridays.
